Common issues Troubleshooting

Gepard blocking a file

Gepardblocksprogram.png
IdunRO makes use of Gepard 3.0. Part of this protection is blocking macro programs. If you try to launch the game while a
(potential)Macro program is active the client will give you an error.
Simply close the program mentioned in the error and restart the client to start the game.

Gepard.dll not found

Missinggeparddll.png
Gepard.dll is a file supplied within our installer. It is required for gepard to run and therefore the client will be unable to start
when the .dll is not present.
If your gepard.dll is missing after installation please check your antivirus program. The .dll file sometimes gets flagged as a virus due
to gepard checking for active macro programs. In most cases you can recover the gepard files from your antivirus vault.
If not then please set up your antivirus to ignore your IdunRO folder before reinstalling the game inside the same folder.
